Yesterday, October 12, 2024, we welcomed the scouts to our club's hospitality area with great joy. Fifty amazing scouts visited us from the 3rd Tripoli system, and they made all our four-legged guests happy!!

We were filled with happy queues and children's voices!! An experience that we will surely remember for a long time. Many thanks to Mrs. Stamatina, leader of the group, who chose to bring the scouts together with the stray animals.

Their guided tour started from the central area located at the entrance of the shelter, where a member of our association informed the children about the way they can attract stray animals safely. Then we talked about how to adopt and the responsibilities that come with it. The children participated with great interest and had very apt observations.

After the briefing, the guided tour started with the first stop being the accommodation area for the pigs and horses.

In the same place, however, a pleasant surprise awaited them! Our baby lamb wanted to drink his milk and there was no better way, than with a bottle of milk with a scout hand.

Then there was a walk around the rest of the area, where there are many dogs of all ages, and the scouts did not miss the opportunity to pet any four-legged dog that approached them. The highlight of course was the area where the puppies are located, which naturally stole the hearts of the children.

Once again the conclusion is, places that take care of animals must always be open and accessible to the world, because the animals only benefit... They don't need luxury, they only ask for love and care, for the world to see the beautiful, to see the difficulties, because we want to improve the difficult ones!
